Join us at Renewable Energy Markets conference
Each year key players in the renewable energy field gather at Renewable Energy Markets to discuss major issues facing the green power industry. The conference has been hosted for 14 years by the Center for Resource Solutions (CRS). CRS is the organization behind Green-e, the nation's leading independent certification and verification program for renewable energy and greenhouse gas emission reductions.
As the largest producer of renewable energy in America, NextEra Energy Resources is excited to participate as a sponsor and presenter during this year's conference in Atlanta, Georgia. A highlight of each year's event is the Green Power Leadership Award ceremony which recognizes leading organizations, programs, and individuals that significantly advance the development of green power sources. 2008 category award winners included Kohl's Department Stores, the Estee Lauder Companies, the U.S. Air Force, Intel and the University of Pennsylvania. The awards are co-sponsored by CRS, the U.S. Department of Energy and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
